The Arches

The Arches are a series of PhotoLithographic prints studying the motion of the male torso as it begins to shield itself. These prints explored the conception of the creation of masculinity and the multiple guises it uses to protect its vulnerable self. The full series consisted of 10 editions of 20 prints each at 12" x 18" on Fabriano Rosaspina.

This series also explored the PhotoLithographic process and the potential it has in creating artistic prints rather than Newspaper images. This process became the backbone of my work for the next four years.
